India will become a super power in 20 20 :)

Yes, India beat Pakistan to clinch the Twenty20 World Championship.

It was very nice to see youngsters pulling it off. I am extremely happy.

On the Eve of Finale at Lord's ...

I am extremely happy. Sachin and the Indian team (every little thing, including the jelly-bean incident) has given me such a joy over the past couple months that I couldn't ask for more. Sachin has already amassed 548 runs in 10 innings, missing a century on 4 occasions! The guy has 78 centuries at the moment in Test Cricket and ODI combined. Wow!

Why can't the reporters be complacent? Here is another hyped up finale where someone at Cricinfo writes about the trio:

Few Indian trinities have combined as effectively as Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid. The figures offer some idea: They share 1021 ODI caps, which dwarfs the total number of ODIs played by England (476). Their run aggregate (37,061) surpasses the population of Monaco and the total number of hundreds (75) is just 12 less than what 30 English centurions have managed in 36 years.
What rubbish! Why can't this be written with a better choice of comparisons? Population of Monaco compared to aggregates of runs? This is senseless.

Anyway, I do wish India win tomorrow. But don't burden the trio. It is up to Gambhir, Yuvraj, Robin to shine again and get the things done.
